Note: Some products, such as personalized items or clearance/sale products, may be ineligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

    • Returns without an authorization will not be processed.

3. Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns: For customers within India, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In other cases (e.g., buyer’s remorse), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • International Returns: For customers outside of India, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Important: Please ensure the returned product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card.
