1. Warranty Coverage

Our Bluetooth speakers come with a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects and issues related to the materials or craftsmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is covered by the warranty:

  • Defects in materials: Issues arising from faulty components, such as the speaker’s circuitry, housing, or Bluetooth functionality.
  • Defective manufacturing: Issues caused by errors during the production process that affect the performance or functionality of the speaker.

What is not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage from misuse or abuse, including physical damage such as drops, cracks, or exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or moisture unless the product is advertised as water-resistant or waterproof.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading caused by regular use.
  • Accidental damage, including damage resulting from accidents, spills, or misuse.
  • Damage to accessories such as charging cables, product packaging, user manuals, and warranty cards.

2. Warranty Period

  • The warranty period for all Bluetooth speakers is 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • If the product is a refurbished unit, the warranty period may differ and will be specified at the time of purchase.

3. How to Claim Warranty

  3. Return Instructions: If the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. We will cover return shipping costs for warranty claims within India. International warranty claims may require additional costs for return shipping.
  4. Repair or Replacement: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective and within the warranty period, we will:
    • Repair the product, or
    • Replace the product with an equivalent or upgraded model, or
    • Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

4. Warranty Exceptions

  • Extended Warranty: Terms for extended warranties, if purchased, will supersede the standard warranty during the covered period.
  • Third-Party Accessories: Accessories not purchased directly from us may not be covered under our warranty.
  • International Warranty: Terms and processes for international warranty claims may vary by region.

5. Product Replacement or Refund

  • Replacement: We will provide a replacement unit of the same model or an equivalent if the original model is no longer available.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund for the product, minus any shipping fees or other applicable charges.

6. Shipping and Handling for Warranty Claims

  • Domestic Claims: We will cover shipping costs for returning defective products and sending replacements or repairs within India.
  • International Claims: Customers outside India are responsible for shipping costs unless specified otherwise.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Molt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the product, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits.
